Teriyaki Chicken or Beef
the ingredients
- 2 lbs. chicken breasts (skinned) or thinly sliced steak
- 2 cups soy sauce
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup chopped green onion
- 2 tablespoons minced ginger
- 2 minced jalapanos
- 1 tablespoons sesame oil
- whole water chestnuts

- Combine ingredients, marinate 3 hours
- Skewer steak strips
